Metropolitan investigators solved a murder committed a quarter of a century ago


Zyuzinsky district court of Moscow has chosen a measure of restraint for a murder committed a quarter of a century ago. This was reported on December 7 by the capital's press service of the courts of general jurisdiction in Telegram-channel.
"Satisfied the petition of the investigation to elect a measure of restraint in the form of detention in respect of Gagin Denis Vladimirovich <...> for a period of 2 months, that is, until February 4, 2025," - stated in the message.
The man is accused of a crime under paragraphs "g", "z" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder to conceal another crime or facilitate its commission"). According to the investigation, he and other attackers, including a minor, being in collusion, killed a man on Chongarsky Boulevard of the capital. The investigation continues.
Earlier, December 5, Interior Ministry spokesperson Irina Volk reported that law enforcers detained four men suspected of a triple murder committed in 2005 in the Moscow region. The defendants killed two men and injured a woman during the robbery. The criminals also stole jewelry and then fled.
