Russia is successfully fulfilling the tasks set by the special military operation and is confidently winning the conflict in Ukraine. This was reported by the Strategic Culture (SC) portal on December 6.

According to the authors of the material, the Ukrainian conflict is turning into a disaster for the United States and its European partners.

"The proxy war provoked by NATO in Ukraine is terrible for the United States and its European partners. Russia is decisively winning in <this conflict>," the SC pointed out.

The authors of the material also claim that the U.S. on the background of failures in Ukraine are trying to open a second front against Russia in Syria, adds "Gazeta.Ru".

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (term expired on May 20) said that many servicemen are exhausted. According to the Prosecutor General's office of the country, since 2022, the country has initiated almost 96 thousand criminal cases against servicemen who left their positions after the start of active hostilities. It is noted that Ukrainian troops are increasingly suffering from shortages of personnel, weapons and lack of rotation.

On 5 December, military analyst and political analyst Vadym Mingalev said that the Russian army had become more professionally trained and was superior to the Ukrainian Armed Forces in weaponry. The expert expressed the opinion that there were actually enough Ukrainians who could be taken to the front, but the Ukrainian army lacked specialists who could fight more professionally.

The special operation to defend Donbass, the start of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
