Russian woman Svetlana Dali, who flew to Paris from New York without a ticket, was released from the courtroom in Brooklyn, prohibiting her from visiting airports and traveling. This was reported by CNN on December 7.

According to the court order, the woman has to surrender her travel documents, which will mean she is not allowed to leave the area where she was charged. She was also told to obey curfews, undergo examinations and mental health treatment while her case is pending. In total, 57-year-old Daly was assigned over 10 different requirements.

It is specified that the judge initially opposed the release of the Russian woman and doubted that she would not make an escape attempt.

The channel added that the court did not decide on the payment of bail for release.

The fact that Daly flew from New York to Paris without a ticket and prevented herself from being deported back to the United States was reported on November 30. It was specified that the woman managed to pass all checkpoints and boarded a Delta Airlines flight. Other passengers were unaware of her presence until boarding, when police officers boarded the flight.
