"The road was not easy, the storm washed up snags, logs, we drove very slowly, we got there for an hour and a half or two hours. When we reached the specified place, we found two cars. One was in the river, drowned, and the second - washed out by sand, also in a bad condition, one car helped to repair on the spot", - shared the police captain, inspector of traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on Nevelskiy GO Dmitry Proselkov.

"I want to express my gratitude to the staff, they helped us a lot, they helped us out and escorted us home. Specifically we thank Alexander Sokolov and Dmitry Proselkov. They came to our aid, helped us very much, for which they thank them very much," he said.
