Forecasters predicted snow and icy conditions in Moscow on December 7

The air temperature in Moscow during the day will vary from -1 to -3 degrees. At night, the thermometer columns will drop to -3.

In the Moscow region during the day forecasters promise from -1 to -6 degrees, at night the temperature may fall to -6.

A southeast wind with a speed of 6-11 m/s is expected.

Atmospheric pressure will be 759 mm of mercury column.

Leading expert of the information agency "Meteonovosti" Tatiana Pozdnyakova on December 5 predicted heavy snowfall in Moscow on Saturday, December 7. After that, a thaw is expected thanks to another Atlantic cyclone, and it will remain at the beginning of next week, the forecaster noted.

Later, December 6, leading expert of the weather center "Phobos" Evgeny Tishkovets said that the next weekend, December 7 and 8, in Moscow will form a snow cover up to 9 cm high. According to him, about 30% of the total amount of precipitation for the month will fall in the capital over the weekend.
