The delegation from the Leningrad Region assessed the work of the asphalt-concrete plant in Yenakiievo

Sergey Kharlashkin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Leningrad Region for Transportation and Fuel and Energy Complex, and Denis Sedov, Chairman of the Committee for Roads of the 47th region, inspected the restoration of Yenakievo in the Donetsk People's Republic on December 6. Kharlashkin and Sedov inspected production processes at the Yenakievo asphalt concrete plant. Izvestia correspondent Evgeny Bykovsky recalled that the enterprise was built in 2024 by the sponsoring region - the Leningrad region.

It is noted that in Yenakievo works on territory improvement are carried out, including cleaning of roads and curb zone, patching, cleaning of bus stops and rest areas from garbage, grass cutting, installation of road signs, tree crown trimming, garbage removal.

In sponsored town Yenakievo the delegation from Leningrad region assessed the quality of road repair on Kommunisticheskaya, Bunina, Osipenko, Ermishina, Pravda streets in Karlo-Marksovo, Revkomovskaya, as well as Yenakievo - Nikishino highway. In addition, a detour was made around Gornyakov and Fedorenko streets, which the Road Committee of the Leningrad Region plans to repair in 2025 on the instructions of Valery Leonov, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation.

Also in Yenakievo there was an awarding ceremony for road workers.

Earlier, on December 5, Vyacheslav Petushenko, chairman of the board of state company Avtodor, said in an interview with Izvestia that more than 2 thousand kilometers of roads have been restored in new regions of Russia since 2022. According to Petushenko, more than 700 kilometers of roads are planned to be restored in new Russian regions in 2025. In addition, 15 bridges will be restored.

In April, Yenakievo hosted the official launch of the asphalt-concrete plant, which was built with the support of the sponsor region - the Leningrad Region. On the launch day, the plant was visited by Roman Khramenkov, Head of the City District, as well as representatives of the Leningrad Region.
