Two investors as a result of auctions will receive land plots at a preferential rate for realization of large-scale projects in Moscow. This was announced on Friday, December 6, by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Transport and Industry.

According to him, within five years the winners of the auctions will be able to lease land plots with a total area of 1.34 hectares at a preferential rate of one ruble per year. During this period they should build and launch new enterprises, RT writes.

Anatoly Garbuzov, the head of the capital's Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, noted that an industrial complex with an area of over 36 thousand square meters has already been built under the MaIP program in Moscow, as the kp.ru website specifies. On December 5, Efimov said that five production facilities will appear in three administrative districts of Moscow. New production facilities will appear in Novokosino, Voronovo, Nekrasovka and Krasnopakhorsky district.
