One person was killed and one injured while working at a company in Tatarstan

A gas-air mixture explosion occurred during repair work using welding at a company in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, as a result of which one person died and another was injured. This was reported on December 6 in the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.

It is specified that the incident occurred on Avtoremontnaya Street in the Komsomolsky district. The gas-air mixture flap occurred "during repair work with welding on a 30-cubic meter tank of oil tanker Scania". The agency noted that there was no subsequent combustion after the clap.

"Upon arrival of fire crews of PSCH-72 of the State Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for RT, it was established that the tank did not collapse, one person was killed, one person received burns", - stated in the message in the Telegram-channel.

According to preliminary information of the department, the company is engaged in the repair of special equipment, the tanker at the time of the incident was empty, steamed. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the region are working on the site.

On the eve, December 5, it was reported that the driver of a bulldozer in Buryatia died because of arbitrary movement of the machine. Preliminary, from December 3 to 4, during the shift, the driver on a bulldozer on the territory of the enterprise pushed coal to the boiler house. In the morning the workers of the next shift found his body in the caterpillar track. Upon examination, he was found to have injuries characteristic of a heavy tracked equipment collision.
