Criminal case opened after student attacked with a knife at Krasnodar school


In Krasnodar, a criminal case has been opened over the fact of a knife attack of a pupil on his peers. This was reported on December 6 by the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (ICRU) in Krasnodar region.
The case was initiated under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism") and part 1 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence").
According to preliminary data, the incident occurred earlier in the day in the village of Rossiskiy. During the fight, a minor student stabbed two peers, they were taken to hospital. According to preliminary information, their lives are not threatened. The exact number of victims is specified.
"In the criminal case are carried out the necessary investigative actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident. The investigation will also assess the actions (inaction) of officials of the educational institution", - stated in the message published in the Telegram-channel of the ICS in the region.
About the fact that the pupil attacked children in the Krasnodar school, became known earlier in the day. Preliminary, one of the students loudly turned on the music with a Bluetooth speaker, and the second did not appreciate this action and began to stab him. The schoolboy was detained, investigators are working with him.
Later, the press service of the city administration reported that three students were hospitalized as a result of the incident at school #94-F.
