In Russia on January 1, 2025 will be released the film "Finist. The First Bogatyr.

The action is set in the East, which allows us to move a little away from the usual images of Russian forests.

"We wanted to move a little bit away from our usual green forests. And the viewer should a little bit to encourage themselves internally, perhaps to think: maybe I should sometimes go somewhere further than the dacha," - said the creative producer, the author of the script of the movie Vyacheslav Zub.

Part of the shooting took place in Kazakhstan, and the main role played by Julia Peresild. She shared a funny story about her partner on the set - a camel named Jamal, which, according to her, at first showed disobedience, but eventually helped to create a special atmosphere on the set.

The plot of the movie "Finist. The First Bogatyr" is original, but is inspired by the famous movie story "Finist - The Bright Falcon", released in 1975.

"When this genre was born in our country, no one knew what to do or how to do it. It is only through experiments, trials all this was born," - explained film historian, keeper of the Funds of the Gorky Film Studio Alexei Tremasov.

The premiere of "Finist. The first bogatyr" is scheduled for January 1, 2025.

Earlier, on October 24, distributor "NMG Kinoprokat" (part of the holding company "National Media Group") released the official trailer of the main winter film event - the film "Finist. The first bogatyr". Epic battles, great inventions and oriental landscapes will be the perfect start of the new year for the whole family. The new movie will expand the fairy tale movie universe and tell the backstory of beloved characters.

"Finist. The First Bogatyr" - a joint project of the studio Yellow, Black and White, online cinema START and TV channel "Russia", created with the support of the Cinema Fund. The production team included Eduard Iloyan, Denis Zhalinsky, Vitaly Shlyappo, Anton Zlatopolsky. The director of the picture is Dmitry Dyachenko.
