Sobyanin summed up the results of the first year of work of the "Professions of the Future" center

For the first year of work of the center "Professions of the Future" in Moscow, 20 thousand people have undergone short educational programs. In just 3.5 months, those wishing to do so can learn one of 75 in-demand specialties, said the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin in his official Telegram channel.

The center provides quick involvement of personnel in the city economy. Innovative HR services - career guidance neurotracker, HR capsules, virtual reality glasses and others - help in choosing a future profession.

"After training, career coaches select suitable vacancies and organize interviews with employers. Today the center cooperates with more than 3 thousand enterprises. Among them are the Moscow Metro and the Vympel machine-building design bureau," Sobyanin explained.

Special attention is paid to future personnel. Ninth-graders can visit immersive excursion in 5D-cinema, take a career guidance test, get acquainted with representatives of the capital's colleges and universities. For a year of work of the center more than 75 thousand children became participants of the program, 76% of them entered city colleges and successfully study.
