Almost 450 people were injured due to ice in the Irkutsk region over the week

Last week 446 people applied to doctors after cases of street injuries in the Irkutsk region. Fifty-two people were hospitalized.

The most common injuries are bruises, sprains, fractures and concussions. Residents of the Angara region are advised to move carefully on the streets in conditions of snow drifts and ice.

In St. Petersburg, nine people were injured in the day due to ice. In particular, five elderly women were taken to hospitals, one patient was diagnosed with a fractured humerus.
