Court arrested blogger Soldatov for ten days for fighting in his own store

A court has sentenced blogger Dmitry Soldatov to 10 days of arrest for fighting in his own store in Moscow, according to a file of courts of general jurisdiction, which was reviewed by Izvestiya on December 6.

Later, the blogger published the case card in his Telegram channel.

The conflict took place in Soldatov's clothing store in early December. An altercation ensued between employees and two ticktockers. According to the version of the investigation, the owner of the store was not present at the time of the beginning of the clash, he joined later and beat the visitors.

Earlier, on October 14, blogger Mikhail Litvin was arrested for 13 days under part 1 of article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Petty hooliganism") after a fight at a soccer match. An administrative protocol was also drawn up on the fan of "SKA-Rostov". It was reported that Litvin hit the fan in the face during the match. At the court hearing, the blogger said that he repented for his actions and promised not to allow such things in the future. On October 25, his arrest was lifted.
