Teenager died after inhaling gas from a cylinder in Krasnodar region

The Prosecutor's Office in the Krasnodar region is conducting an inspection into the death of a 13-year-old teenager. The boy died after inhaling gas from a cylinder for a portable burner.

The incident occurred in the Kanevsky district. According to IA KrasnodarMedia, two schoolchildren 11 and 13 years old bought a cylinder and inhaled gas from it. The older child died.

The criminal case was initiated under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence"). The prosecutor's office will assess the work of the bodies of the system of prevention of neglect.

In October in Kolomna near Moscow a 13-year-old teenager was injured when a strikeball grenade exploded in his hands. The boy was at home and pulled the pin from a sports projectile given by his father.
