The rehearsal of the musical number of the "Golden Gramophone" award took place at the Bolshoi Theater

On December 5, the Historic Stage of the Bolshoi Theater hosted a rehearsal of a unique musical number, which will be presented very soon, on December 12, at the XXIX Golden Gramophone Award ceremony at the VTB Arena.

From year to year "Russian Radio" prepares musical surprises for the guests. The rehearsal of the number, which will be the intrigue of the upcoming ceremony, was held on the main theater stage not only for our country, but also for the whole world - in the Bolshoi Theater. It was attended by actress and singer Elena Sever, Mariinsky Theater soloist Roman Shirokikh, and the Bolshoi Theater Orchestra. Maestro Valery Gergiev was also present at the rehearsal.

On stage, accompanied by the Symphony Orchestra of the Bolshoi Theater, a song written to poems by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, will be performed.

"The song, the number for which we are preparing, has been loved by the audience, touched their hearts," Elena Sever opened the veil of mystery. - Probably, many people already guess what composition we are talking about. There is no doubt that together with the symphony orchestra it will sound even more powerful. It's no secret that the Golden Gramophone is the main Russian music prize, which is now in its 29th year. We popularize Russian music. And the Bolshoi Theater is a symbol of Russia, and we wanted to combine and strengthen these aspects and please the audience of the Golden Gramophone.
