A resident of the Moscow region lost 57 thousand rubles when trying to buy a bracelet over the Internet. This was reported by a source of "Izvestia" on December 6.
According to the interlocutor, a 34-year-old woman from the town of Vidnoye saw an ad on the Web about the sale of jewelry for 80 thousand rubles. Having contacted the seller via messenger, the buyer bargained down to 57 thousand rubles, transferred the money to the seller's account and sent a courier for the jewelry.
Upon arrival at the address of the author of the announcement, the courier reported that the apartment in the house is not there, and the seller herself stopped answering calls.
A check is being conducted.
Earlier, on November 29, Rospotrebnadzor gave recommendations about shopping on the Internet during the discount period. In particular, it is necessary to check the authenticity of sites and pages, so as not to transfer money to fraudsters. In addition, it should be remembered that clicking on suspicious links, unwanted e-mails and phone calls can be dangerous. You should not give personal information, such as your SNILS number or bank account number, to third parties on the web. In addition, make sure that the product can be returned if it turns out to be of poor quality.
