- Theodosia resident received 15 years in prison for sending data on Russian Armed Forces ships to the AFU

The Supreme Court of Crimea found a resident of Feodosiya guilty under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("High Treason"). As reported on December 6 by the Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia in Crimea and Sevastopol, the defendant collected and transferred to the Ukrainian side information about the facilities and weapons of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, as well as sent money to the accounts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
The defendant was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony and further restriction of freedom for 1.5 years. The sentence has not yet entered into legal force.
Special Service officers found that the 30-year-old figure used a Ukrainian chatbot in Telegram, through which he sent data on the location of warships in the waters of the Gulf of Feodosia and photos of military units of Feodosia.
"This chatbot was developed with the support of Ukrainian special services in order to accumulate and systematize information on the identification data of military personnel, movements and number of military equipment and locations of Russian Armed Forces units. The information was transferred to the enemy for use in missile strikes," the Center for Public Relations (CPR) of the Russian Federal Security Service said in a press release.
The man also opened an account in a Ukrainian bank in his name, from which he sent money transfers for the AFU via an application through one of their support funds.
Earlier on December 6, the press service of the Supreme Court of Crimea reported that a local resident was also sentenced in the case of state treason. The defendant received 13 years of colony. It is established that the man "assisted another state in activities directed against the security of Russia". The hearing of the case was held in closed mode, as its materials contain information constituting a state secret.
