Participants of the Leaders of Russia contest collected humanitarian aid for the improvement of the women's combat unit of UAV operators on Volunteer's Day. At the disposal of "Izvestia" appeared footage from the scene.
"Today our big leadership community came to us with gifts for us, our unit and our girls. Gifts reached even from women leaders from Latin America," Yulia Gubanova, a superfinalist of the fifth season of the contest and head of the Akimov district of Zaporizhzhya region, told Izvestia.
She noted that this help is of great importance for the detachment and will greatly help in the arrangement of living conditions of the servicemen. Among the gifts that came were boilers, heat guns and radiators, as well as various warm clothes and much more.
The contest "Leaders of Russia. Politics" is implemented by order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in order to identify promising socio-political leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills and motivation for socio-political work, for their further training, development in the environment of like-minded people and immersion in the modern political environment.
Earlier, on November 27, First Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Kirienko announced that the winners and finalists of the "Leaders of Russia. Politics" are in demand in the authorities. Following the results of the in-person stage of the contest, 200 of the 600 participants will be selected and sent for training for one year.
