Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg has transferred the house and plot of the mother-in-law of journalist Alexander Nevzorov (recognized in Russia as a foreign agent) Natalia Kolesnikova to the state. This was reported in the joint press service of the city courts on December 5.

The purchase and sale agreement, concluded on August 8, 2023 between Kolesnikova and the wife of the journalist Lidia, the court invalidated. It was specified that it concerned a land plot in the settlement of Lissiy Nos and a residential house located on it.

"The court applied the consequences of invalidity of the transaction, terminated the ownership of Kolesnikova on the above property", - stated in the Telegram-channel.

Alexander and Lidia Nevzorov on July 2 were recognized as an extremist association, their activities are banned in Russia.

Earlier, on May 6, the Russian Interior Ministry repeatedly declared Nevzorov wanted under a criminal article. He had already been put on the wanted list in May 2022. On February 1, 2023, the Basmanny Court of Moscow sentenced the journalist to eight years in absentia for disseminating knowingly false information about the actions of the Russian Armed Forces (AF). The sentence came into force at the end of the same month.

Before that, in May 2023, the prosecutor's office asked the court to confiscate two plots of land in the village of Lisiy Nos, where his house stands, from Nevzorov, because an inspection revealed that both plots were in his possession illegally.
