- The Federal Tax Service asked to include more than 1 billion rubles of debt in the register of claims against Blinovskaya

The Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia has filed an application with the court to include almost 1.2 billion rubles in its debt claims against blogger Elena Blinovskaya. This was reported by her lawyer Ivan Morozov to Izvestia on December 5.
The corresponding information also appeared on the portal of arbitration courts.
"On November 27, the Arbitration Court of Moscow received an application from the Federal Tax Service represented by the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 6 for the city of Moscow to include in the register of debtor's creditors' claims a debt in the amount of 1,173,380,448.45 rubles," reads the court's ruling of December 2.
The validity of this claim of the department will be considered at a meeting on February 3, 2025, follows from the document.
Earlier, on November 29, it was reported that Blinovskaya's debt of 1 billion 173 million rubles to the Federal Tax Service was fully paid.
Before that, on November 13, the court declared Blinovskaya bankrupt. Tax inspectors opposed this decision because of the property at the disposal of the blogger. In turn, Blinovskaya's lawyers argued that the debts would be repaid by the end of December. Two days later, the Federal Tax Service closed the blogger's legal entity.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation completed the investigation against Blinovskaya at the end of July. According to the investigation, with the complicity of her husband Alexei, she failed to pay taxes and legalized 716 million rubles. In April 2023, Blinovskaya was detained on suspicion of fraud for non-payment of taxes. She was under house arrest for about a year. On August 30, 2024, the blogger partially pleaded guilty to tax evasion.
