- Putin instructed the national center "Russia" to compile a handbook on national projects

On December 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the national center "Russia" to compile a handbook on new national projects, which will outline the stages of achieving the country's development goals.
The President said that it is necessary to inform citizens in detail and in an accessible form about the goals, objectives and indicators that these national projects are aimed at. He pointed out that all the projects are based on a person, on the interests of Russian families.
"For this purpose, I propose to compile a special handbook, where not clerical, but in clear, ordinary, civil language will be told about the specific stages to be passed, about the results, positive changes in life that people will be able to see, feel as a result of the implementation of these national projects," Putin said.
He entrusted the preparation of the guidebook to the national center "Russia" with the support of the Russian government.
Putin emphasized that the opinion of Russians is of key importance in the implementation of national projects.
Earlier in the day, Putin said that within the framework of the national project "Ecology" in 60 regions of Russia eliminated 242 environmentally harmful objects, 157 of which are large landfills. He noted that the ecological situation in Russia is changing for the better.
Before that, on November 27, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Dmitry Vakhrukov said that in Russia about 460 billion rubles will be allocated for the national project "Tourism and Hospitality" until 2030. According to him, more than 200 billion will be allocated for this project in the next three years.
