The Murmansk region plans to make changes to the lists of fishing grounds. The draft government decree is published on the portal "Open Electronic Region", reports IA "Beeport" on Thursday, December 5.

Part of the amendments were planned to be introduced back in the summer of 2024.

Thus, from the list of "Fishing areas on rivers, lakes and reservoirs" will be excluded Lake Big Adamozero and Belozero, as well as areas "Imandra reservoir 10" and "reservoir 11". All water bodies are intended for industrial fishing.

Serebryanskoye reservoir (lower) will be added to the list, where industrial fishing will be carried out, the section of the river Zapadnaya Litsa 2 and the river Malaya Tyuva for amateur fishermen.

From the list of "Fishing grounds in the Barents and White Seas" will be excluded the site "Middle" of the Kandalaksha Bay of the White Sea. It is intended for industrial fishing.

It is planned to add the fishing grounds of Volostrov 1 and 2 islands in the Kandalaksha Bay to the list. Industrial fish production will be organized there.

Earlier "Izvestia" wrote that in Russia recorded the worst catch of salmon for 20 years. The cost of a can of red caviar will double by the end of this year compared to the previous year. The reason is the decline in salmon catches in the Far East, Sakhalin and Kamchatka.
