The Russian government has prepared documents for launching new national projects

The Russian government has prepared documents for the launch of new national projects. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on December 5.
"The main tool, a kind of route to achieve these goals will be new national projects. They will be launched from next year and are designed to be implemented within six years. The government has prepared the relevant documents," he said at a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects in the Kremlin.
Putin noted that the target indicators of national projects should be objective, as well as based on the real state of affairs and maintain continuity.
The head of state added that citizens should be informed in detail "about the goals, objectives and indicators on which the national projects are aimed." He suggested creating a special handbook that would describe the stages and results of the projects in "civilian language". Putin emphasized that the opinion of Russians is of key importance in the implementation of national projects.
He called the expenditures on the projects the priorities of the federal budget. The Russian President added that we cannot become successful by relying on someone from the outside. We have to ensure all kinds of sovereignty ourselves.
Earlier in the day Putin said that within the framework of the national project "Ecology" in 60 regions of Russia eliminated 242 environmentally harmful objects, 157 of which are large landfills. He noted that the ecological situation in Russia is changing for the better.
Prior to that, on November 27, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Dmitry Vakhrukov said that Russia will allocate about 460 billion rubles for the national project "Tourism and Hospitality" until 2030. According to him, more than 200 billion will be allocated for this project in the next three years.
