A man died in an accident involving a truck on the R-255 "Siberia" highway

In Yemelyanovsky district of Krasnoyarsk region as a result of a collision between a car and a truck, one person was killed and one injured. This is reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

The accident occurred on Wednesday evening, December 4, on the 10th km of the highway bypassing Krasnoyarsk as part of the federal highway R-255 "Siberia". It is preliminarily established that the 38-year-old driver of Nissan drove into the oncoming traffic and crashed into a Volvo FH-TRUCK truck.

The driver of the car was killed on the spot, his passenger was hospitalized, writes IA KrasnoyarskMedia. The circumstances of the incident are being established.

The same evening in Emelyanovsky district there was another fatal accident. A woman was killed and three people were injured in a collision of passenger cars.
