The Arbitration Court stopped the proceedings on the claim of the movie company to Ivleeva

Arbitration Court of Moscow stopped consideration of the claim of the capital's film company "TIM FILMZ" to blogger Anastasia Ivleeva because of debt repayment. This was reported by Izvestia correspondent from the courtroom on December 5.

The company believed that the blogger enriched herself at her expense without grounds, and asked the court to recover from Ivleeva 5 million rubles, but now filed a motion to abandon this claim, because she repaid the debt. The court recovered from the blogger tax duty in the amount of Br23 thousand.

Ivleeva received 5 million from the film company as an advance payment for playing a role in a new project. Nevertheless, after the "naked" party in the nightclub Mutabor (current name - Arma) blogger did not take part in the shooting, and "TEAM FILMZ" had to look for her replacement. Received partial payment Ivleeva did not return, and therefore the film company went to court.

Earlier, on August 9, the blogger repaid her debt to the Federal Tax Service (FTS), which by that time amounted to almost 3 million 849 thousand rubles.

At the end of June, the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia opened enforcement proceedings against Ivleeva, because she had not paid taxes in the amount of 11 million 352 thousand 875 rubles. Because of the debt to the Federal Tax Service, the accounts of the company owned by the blogger were blocked from the beginning of the same month.

Last December, the blogger's "naked" party at the Mutabor club in Moscow caused a public outcry. It was attended by various show business stars, including Lolita Milyavskaya, Philip Kirkorov, Dmitry Bilan, as well as bloggers with millions of dollars, wives and children of major top managers and deputies.

Then it was also reported that the guests of the scandalous event Ivleeva will be checked for non-payment of taxes. It was noted that employees of the Federal Tax Service may organize a check of the blogger's companies "Ivleeva Production", "Knees bees" and "Shine". According to Izvestia, Ivleeva rewrote Ivleeva Production LLC to her friend Anna Samakova, transferring the company to her full ownership.
