Kuzbass resident burned down a house with two people because they refused to let him in for a visit

In the Kemerovo region, a man set fire to a house because the owners refused to let him visit. As a result of the incident, two people died. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of Russia in Kuzbass on December 5.

It is specified that the incident occurred on December 3 in a private house in the town of Belovo.

"<...> In view of the refusal of the owners of a private house on Lenina Street in Belovo to let him in, the figurehead, reliably knowing about the presence in the dwelling of a man, his elderly mother and cohabitant, committed arson of the outbuildings, as a result of which there was a fire in the house," - stated in the Telegram-channel of the department.

The cohabitant, having seen the flames, ran out into the street. In the course of liquidation of the fire by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were found the bodies of the man and his mother. According to preliminary data, death occurred as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Law enforcement authorities detained the suspect, he confessed. At the moment the question of his arrest is being decided.

Earlier, on October 16, in the Republic of Tatarstan, a student committed arson at school after a conflict with a teacher. On this incident, employees of the juvenile affairs department of the city's Interior Ministry conducted an inspection and drew up an administrative material on the child's mother under part 1 of article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation ("Failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their obligations for the maintenance and upbringing of minors").
