Communication with a team of 13 workers was lost after a ground collapse at a construction site in China. This was reported by CCTV television channel on December 5.

"There was a sudden ground collapse at a tender site construction site. The construction unit reported that 13 workers were missing at the site. After the accident, emergency services started working at the site," the report said.

It is specified that residents of the nearby area were evacuated, and on the adjacent roads was introduced temporary traffic control. The causes of the incident are being clarified.

Earlier, on October 29, in the Argentine city of Villa Gesell in the province of Buenos Aires collapsed ten-story building, which housed apart-hotel Dubrovnik. At the time of the fall of structures, which began with the slabs of the tenth floor, there were workers in the building, four of them managed to escape from the scene.
