Two schoolchildren hurt in California shooting

An armed man entered the territory of the school near Palermo in the US state of California and opened fire on two schoolchildren. This was reported by the TV channel NBC News with reference to the local police.

"Two children with gunshot wounds were taken to hospitals, one of them was airlifted," - stated in the material of the TV channel.

It is specified that the shooter committed suicide. Police are investigating the incident.

Earlier, on December 3, three people were killed and five suffered as a result of shooting in the American city of Chicago.
