An unknown man killed and robbed two people in the Nizhny Novgorod region

In the city of Sarov, Nizhny Novgorod region, an unknown person killed an elderly man and a woman in the apartment of a house. This was reported on December 4 by the source of "Izvestiya".

"Killed a woman - a social service worker and a disabled man. Also a robbery there," the source said.

The press service of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the region reported that the murder took place in an apartment of a house on Lenin Avenue.

"The bodies of a 78-year-old man with stab wounds and a 77-year-old woman with a severed head were found in one of the apartments of a house on Lenin Avenue in the city of Sarov in the Nizhny Novgorod region," a statement in the Telegram channel said.

In the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reported that a criminal case under part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder of two persons") was initiated on the fact of the incident.

It is specified that specialists and police officers are currently working at the site. Various expert examinations are appointed on the fact of the incident.

Earlier, on November 14, the bodies of strangled man and woman were found in an apartment in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. They were found in the apartment locked from the inside. Also the windows in the room were closed. It is likely that the death had a violent nature.
