The Russian Aerospace Forces together with Syrian servicemen have destroyed up to 120 militants and 24 units of automotive equipment during the past 24 hours while repelling the terrorist threat. This was reported on November 4 by the deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of Enemy Parties in Syria, Captain First Rank Oleg Ignasyuk.

"Over the past 24 hours, missile and bomb strikes were carried out on places of accumulation, control points and militant hideouts. Up to 120 terrorists, 24 vehicles, a tank and an ammunition depot were destroyed," he said at the briefing.

He also said that the US-led coalition aviation continues to create dangerous situations in the skies over Syria and violate the airspace of the state.

"Over the day, five cases of violation of the deconfliction protocols of December 9, 2019, related to uncoordinated flights of unmanned aerial vehicles with the Russian side were recorded on the part of the coalition," Ignasyuk said.

He specified that the coalition aviation also violated the rules of use of Syrian airspace by a pair of F-15 fighter jets twice.

Nebenzya noted that the Syrian Armed Forces, with the support of the Russian Armed Forces and other allies acting at the request of the legitimate Syrian authorities, are fighting back the militants.
