About 40 thousand flowers will decorate Simferopol in the coming spring

Planting of bulbous plants on flowerbeds has begun in Simferopol. The upcoming spring the city will be decorated with about 40 thousand flowers, reports the press service of the administration of the capital of the Republic of Crimea.

On Wednesday, December 4, landscapers planted on Tolstoy Street more than 6 thousand daffodils and tulips. Also the work was carried out in the square Kazansky. Further flowers will be planted on Lenin Square and in Victory Square. Plants will bloom in April, writes SevastopolMedia.

As told in "Gorzelenkhoz", viola is growing up in greenhouses. Flowers will be planted in city flowerbeds and street and road cachepots. Plants will decorate the city by March 16 - the Day of Reunification of Crimea with Russia.

Earlier it was reported that in Nikitsky botanical garden of Yalta choose the Queen of the ball of chrysanthemums. The list of ten candidates has already been compiled.
