There's been another total blackout in Cuba.

Cuba completely lost electricity due to the shutdown of the thermal power plant. This was announced by the country's Ministry of Energy and Mines in social networks on December 4.
"The power supply system was shut down when the Antonio Guiteras thermal power plant failed due to the triggering of an automatic shutdown," the ministry wrote in a statement.
As specified by the Cubadebate news portal, the blackout occurred after an automatic trip at a thermal power plant in Matanzas province. Restoration work began immediately after the outage.
Earlier Cuba was left without electricity on October 18 due to an accident at the thermal power plant. The Russian Embassy in Havana on the same day urged Russians to remain calm amid the blackout. Residents of Havana told Izvestia about the situation in Cuba caused by the blackout.
