The premiere of the New Year's show "Koschey" will take place in "Moskvarium"

On December 14, 2024, the Moskvarium will show the fairytale show "Koshchey" for the first time. Koshchey, Baba Yaga, Snow Maiden and Ded Moroz, characters familiar to everyone since childhood, will appear on a large water stage. The show will run all New Year holidays and will last until January 12.

The actors will show a modern fairy tale with elements of immersive theater and circus tricks. More than 300 author's costumes and masks were prepared specially for the production, which will allow the audience to fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the magical world of the heroes. Another feature of the show is unusual special effects, which are possible only on the water stage. Among them are a water curtain, dancing fountains, a combination of acrobatic elements with performances on water.

"The new production is a New Year's story about young Koschei, who studies at the school of villains. He doesn't know what holidays are, and all day long he is engaged in petty mischief. But once committed bad deeds come out to him sideways. This leads to a series of trials that will make him change his life and realize what true friendship is", - shared the general producer of "Moskvarium" Philip Kosharin.

In the new show will perform more than 100 professional artists: acrobats, aerial gymnasts and synchronized women, and actors of musicals will delight the audience with live vocals. Participants of the new production will also be marine animals - inhabitants of "Moskvarium", which are the audience's favorite.
