In Russia, average salary offers in the automotive business increased by 30%

In Russia in the field of car sales and service salary offers increased by 30% compared to the same period last year and amounted to 98,122 rubles. This is stated in the results of the research of the platform "Avito Work", which were read by "Izvestia" on December 5.

Experts noted that in comparison with the fall of 2023 the most dynamically increased the average salary offers of bodybuilders (+56%). If last year they were offered an average of 85,425 rubles per month in full-time employment, this year in vacancies for new employees the average amount amount amounted to 133,436 rubles. By 34% more began to offer wages to auto mechanics (104 423 rubles), by 26% more to tire fitters, by 25% to car mechanics.

In addition, according to the results of the fall, such specialists as auto electricians are in particularly high demand of employers - the number of vacancies for them increased 2.6 times year-on-year. The number of job offers for auto mechanics and auto mechanics and mechanics - 2 and 1.8 times respectively - has significantly increased.

The head of the business area "Parts and Car Services" in "Avito" Alexei Golovin specified that in general, the demand for car services increased year-on-year by 20%.

Earlier, on October 29, it was reported that among employed Russians 37% of respondents positively perceive overtime, if the employer pays extra for them. And only 11% of employees are willing to perform overtime tasks without compensation. This is evidenced by a survey conducted by the analytical center "Consol.Pro".
