The Southern Administrative District has become the leader in the level of security in Moscow, where the minimum cost of an apartment, depending on the class, varies from 6.7 million to 15.3 million rubles. This follows from the data of the companies "NDV Supermarket Real Estate", with which "Izvestia" got acquainted on December 4. Experts on the basis of the information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the first half of 2024 found out where in the capital there are the safest areas for living and how much apartments cost there.

In the districts of the South Administrative District there are 42 projects in realization: the share of comfort class is 27,4%, business class - 61,7%, premium segment - 10,9%. The minimum cost of an apartment depending on the class varies from 6.7 million to 15.3 million rubles, the maximum - from 49 million to 483.5 million rubles.

The second place in terms of safety is followed by the districts of TINAO. New Moscow counts 43 projects, of which 95.2% is comfort class and only 4.8% is business class. The minimum cost of an apartment is from 5.16 million to 5.89 million rubles, and the maximum - from 21.4 million to 50.9 million rubles.

The third place is occupied by South-West Administrative District, where 18 projects are presented: 26.5% is the share of comfort class, 70.9% - business class, 2.6% - premium segment. The minimum price of apartments varies from 5.6 million to 22.9 million rubles. The maximum price - from 45 million to 256.3 million rubles.

On the fourth place of the rating - SVAO. There are 32 new buildings in realization, of which 37.3% are comfort class, 59.4% - business class, premium class - 3.4%. The minimum cost of the apartment - from 5.9 million to 17.9 million rubles. The maximum price - from 46.1 million to 206.5 million rubles.

The top five safest districts of the capital are in VAO, where there are 26 new buildings: 55,7% are comfort class, 30,1% - business class, 14,2% - premium real estate. The minimum cost of an apartment depending on the class varies from 4.2 million to 16.2 million rubles, and the maximum - from 45.3 million to 130.5 million rubles.
