The Hall of Church Councils of Christ the Savior Cathedral will host the Patriarchal Christmas Tree Jubilee Party

From December 22 to January 12, musical performances will be held in the Hall of Church Councils of Christ the Savior Cathedral.

Attending a fairy tale performance in the Cathedral Hall of Christ the Savior Cathedral is a tradition for hundreds of Moscow families and guests of the capital. For 15 years this historic hall has been showing children and parents stories about faith and love, about the warmth of home, about a path full of difficulties, about friendly support and about the magic that happens under the New Year. Every year the audience themselves become the heroes of the fairy tale.

Traditionally, a series of games, contests and jokes from fairy tale heroes begins in the foyer. Children who came without parents, animators accompany the whole event. This year's fairy tale was called "The Brothers and the White King". This performance tells about the most important things, teaches kindness and courage, reminds both children and adults about true values.

Thought-out scenery, dynamic plot, large media screens, light projections, special effects, music and actors from Moscow theaters are the basis for each of the 1,000 performances performed in the Hall since 2009 and created by the production center "Interbal".

On January 7, Christmas Day, the performance is attended by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia. The performance was given the status of the Patriarch's Christmas Tree.
