More than 2.6 thousand trucks have piled up at the entrance from Belarus to the EU


More than 2.6 thousand trucks have accumulated in the queue to leave Belarus for the European Union (EU). This was reported by the press service of the State Border Committee in its Telegram channel on December 4.
"About 2,600 vans are fixed at the entrance to the EU," - stated in the message of the Department.
990 trucks are in front of the only Polish checkpoint for trucks "Kukuryki" (Kozlovichi), 65% of trucks passed through it to the EU during the day.
About 1080 trucks were recorded in front of Lithuanian checkpoints. The least number of trucks passed through "Miadininkai" (Kamenny Log) - 8% of the norm. Control services of the checkpoint "Šalčininkai" (Beniakoni) approved 31% of vans to enter the country.
Also the queue through the Latvian checkpoint "Paternieki" (Grigorovshchina) is 480 trucks. Latvian control services accepted 50% of trucks. This route was the busiest during November.
