Former ombudsman of small and medium-sized businesses and owner of a chain of family cafes "Anderson" Anastasia Tatulova (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) was brought to administrative responsibility. This was reported on December 4 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of Moscow.

"By the decision of the Tagansky district court of the city of Moscow Tatulova Anastasia Anatolievna was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 4 of article 19.34 of the CAO RF ("Violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent")", - indicated in the official Telegram-channel of the instance.

In the form of administrative punishment Tatulova was assigned a fine of 45 thousand rubles.

Earlier in the day it was reported that the Moscow court brought to administrative responsibility writer Boris Akunin (real name - Grigory Chkhartishvili, foreign agent, entered in the register of terrorists and extremists) for violation of the law on foreign agents.

On December 1, 2022, the law regulating foreign agents came into force in Russia. In case of obtaining this status, a foreign agent, among other things, can no longer receive financial support from the state, participate in government procurement and engage in teaching activities in state institutions. In addition, these persons must inform their employees and the authorities about this status, as well as label the materials they create.
