A Cuban man was seriously injured in a conflict outside a Moscow restaurant


A Cuban citizen received severe head injuries during a conflict at a restaurant in the center of Moscow. This was reported by a source of Izvestiya on December 4.
The incident occurred in the early morning of December 1. During the altercation, the Cuban received a blow to the face, fell to the ground, after which his opponent gave him another kick to the head.
The victim lost consciousness and was hospitalized with multiple skull fractures.
An investigation is underway.
Earlier, on December 1, the press service of the main department of the Interior Ministry in St. Petersburg reported about a fight near a bar in the village of Shushary , which ended in a stabbing. The footage available to "Izvestiya" shows men leaving the bar in groups and pouncing on each other with fists. A criminal case under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism") and Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health") was opened over the incident.
