A magnitude 5.3 earthquake has been recorded in India


An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 has occurred in the region of Telangana state in India. This was reported by the Indian Seismological Center on December 4.
According to the center, the tremors were recorded at 07:27 local time (04:57 Moscow time) in Mulugu district. They were also felt in the state capital Hyderabad, which was located 219 km from the earthquake's origin.
Earlier, on November 28, the earthquake with magnitude 5.7 occurred on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. According to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), the origin of the earthquake lay at a depth of 182 km and was located about 120 km from the Philippine capital Manila.
