Russian embassy reports wave of anti-Russian psychosis in British media

Another wave of anti-Russian psychosis on the basis of espionage about imaginary cyber threats has hit the British media. This is reported on December 3 by "RIA Novosti" with reference to the commentary of the Russian Embassy in London.
"This symptomatology is complemented by another wave of anti-Russian psychosis covering the British media on the basis of spyomania and fictions about imaginary cyber threats," the commentary reads.
It is reported that Britain has surpassed itself in the use of unacceptable and insulting language against the Russian leadership. For example, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during a speech at London City Hall, spoke of Russia as an "unstable and desperate aggressor." At the same time, the local officialdom tried to portray Russia as "flawed" and Russians as suffering from a lack of "critical thinking skills," the commentary said.
In addition, the report said that a number of British media also reported on possible Russian cyberattacks against the UK infrastructure.
Earlier, on November 26, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) reported that a British embassy employee, Wilkes Edward Pryor, the second secretary of the political department of the diplomatic mission, was conducting intelligence and subversive work that threatened Russia's security.
Prior to that, on September 13, the FSB press service said that the subversive activities of six spy diplomats at the British embassy in Moscow had been uncovered and their accreditation terminated because of the threat to Russian security. The spies were expelled, footage later emerged showing them preparing to leave Russia at the airport.
It was specified that the diplomats were preparing provocations in the country under special instructions. Britain's Foreign Office refused to apologize. The Russian Foreign Ministry said it shared the FSB's position and called on London to abandon its hostile policy on the Russian direction. As retired Russian FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov noted, the expulsion of six British diplomats from Russia for preparing provocations is a failure that characterizes the entire intelligence service of the United Kingdom.
