The city has allocated three sites for the construction of production facilities in Zelenograd

Moscow authorities have allocated three land plots at a preferential rate of one ruble per year for the construction of production facilities in Zelenograd within the framework of large-scale investment projects (MaIP). This was reported on Tuesday, December 3, by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor for Urban Policy and Construction.

According to him, investors will be engaged in construction of objects. The total area of the provided plots is more than 3.5 hectares, writes NSN. As a result, an industrial park and production complexes will appear in the district, notes "Moscow 24".

In turn, Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov pointed out that the capital now implements more than 20 measures to support industry. In Zelenograd within the framework of MaIP will create more than 37.5 thousand square meters of industrial space, 500 new jobs will appear, specifies the site aif.ru.

Investors within five years should complete construction and launch production, reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

According to Maxim Gaman, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the City Property Department, an industrial and production complex will be built in Zelenograd, where several enterprises from different industries will be located at once, RIAMO notes.

Thanks to the city's support, about 150 new production facilities are opened in Moscow every year, RT reports.
