Emergencies Ministry warned of snow and ice in Moscow on December 4

On December 3, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in Moscow issued an emergency warning about ice and precipitation growth of up to 1 cm.

"According to forecasts of forecasters Rosgidromet, in the period from 22:00 on December 3 to 10:00 Moscow time on December 4 in Moscow is expected wet snow, in some places ice, icy roads," - noted in the message.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations urged drivers to reduce speed on the road and avoid sudden maneuvers. Pedestrians should not bypass rickety structures and take cover under trees.
