Malayan bear in Moscow Zoo moved into a new enclosure

According to Denis Kochatov, a leading zootechnician of the "Mammals" department, the cub was introduced to the new enclosure gradually, in the beginning bringing her there for a few hours, gradually increasing the time. When first entering the new place, our bear showed wariness and scrutinized the space, but eventually quickly got used to it and began to play with toys, writes the site kp.ru. He added that the bear "harmoniously develops and pleases with its cleverness", reports "Moscow 24".

The six-month-old female bear was brought from Malaysia as part of a conservation program. She is already nine months old, eats well, grows quickly and weighs more than 15 kg, Regnum news agency reported.
