Bogomaz reported the destruction of a Ukrainian UAV over the Bryansk region

Air defense forces have destroyed a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) over the territory of Bryansk Region. This was reported by the head of the region Alexander Bogomaz on December 3.

"An attempt of the Kiev regime to commit a terrorist attack with the use of UAV over the territory of the Bryansk region has been suppressed. An unmanned aerial vehicle of aircraft type was detected and destroyed by the air defense forces of the Russian Defense Ministry," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Bogomaz added that there were no casualties or damage as a result of the attack. Operational and emergency services are working at the site.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry said that air defense forces destroyed a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the territory of the Bryansk region. The attack was carried out by an airplane-type UAV.

On the same day, the head of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz , reported the destruction of a drone over the region.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
