Captain of the second rank Nikolai Korolev, holder of the Order of Courage and participant of the first stream of the "Time of Heroes" program, was appointed to the position of deputy chairman of the Committee for Law, Order and Security of the Government of St. Petersburg. This was announced on Tuesday, December 3, by the training program for fighters and veterans of the NWO "Time of Heroes" in Telegram-channel.
"Mentor Nikolai Korolev became the governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov. Under his leadership, the participant underwent an internship, following the results of which he received an invitation to take a position in the government of the Northern capital", - stated in the message.
It is noted that in May Korolev took part in the first stream of the presidential program "Time of Heroes", organized by the Higher School of Public Administration. A total of 83 people participated in the program.

Earlier, on December 2, a participant of the program "Time of Heroes", a holder of the Order of Courage Captain Pavel Yakushev was appointed to the position of Advisor to the Deputy Director General for Personnel for Patriotic Education of the State Corporation "Rosatom".
The launch of the "Time of Heroes" program was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his address to the Federal Assembly on February 29. The Russian leader specified that the participants of the special operation will be given the opportunity to enter leading universities and get a civilian specialty as a priority.
The "Time of Heroes" personnel program is aimed at training leaders to work in state and municipal authorities from the participants of the special operation in Ukraine.
On 15 November, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted the public interest in the program. Asked by reporters whether there would be more appointments to high gubernatorial posts, as happened recently with some of the program's participants, Peskov said that this was "not a one-off, it is an ongoing process." The public council of the presidential program "Time of Heroes" announced the start of recruitment for the second stream on November 14.
