The first participants of the educational program "Time of Heroes" are doing well. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin during his visit to the Center for Innovative Technologies and Orthopedics on December 3.
The participants of the SWO undergoing rehabilitation at the center expressed their desire to undergo this program. The Russian leader told them that the military personnel have the simplest possible conditions for participation. According to him, he personally asked to simplify the application process so that currently active military personnel could also participate.
"In the first stream of 83 people - the guys are worthy, 12 are heroes of Russia, the rest have been awarded the Order of Courage. They are doing very well, the program continues," - said the head of state.
The day before it became known that a participant of the program "Time of Heroes", holder of the Order of Courage Captain Pavel Yakushev was appointed to the post of Advisor to the Deputy Director General for Personnel for Patriotic Education of the State Corporation "Rosatom". Yakushev noted that the program brought together people who have been through combat operations, know how to work in a team and have the skills to manage a team in difficult conditions.
The launch of the "Time of Heroes" program was announced by the Russian president in his address to the Federal Assembly on February 29. The Russian leader specified that the participants of the special operation will be given the opportunity to enter leading universities and get a civilian specialty as a priority.
The "Time of Heroes" personnel program is aimed at training leaders to work in state and municipal authorities from the participants of the special operation in Ukraine.
