Sobyanin told about the reorganization of seven sites in ZAO and South-West Administrative District under the program of integrated development

Seven sites in the Western and South-Western districts of the capital will be reorganized within the framework of the program of integrated development of territories, said in his Telegram-channel the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin. The decision was made at a meeting of the Presidium of the Moscow Government.

"Decisions on the integrated development of seven sites in the districts of Mozhaisky, Akademichesky and Gagarinsky have been made. Construction of new objects will allow to create there about 1.2 thousand workplaces", - told the capital city governor.

The reorganized plots are located on Mozhaiskoye highway, possessions 5, 13, 25, 43. Their total area is 3.16 hectares. In the process of reorganization here it is planned to build 83.7 thousand square meters of real estate as part of the renovation program and for other needs. The first floors of the buildings under construction will be allocated for offices and other service enterprises. According to Sergey Sobyanin, the construction of new objects will create about 1.2 thousand jobs here. In addition, the city authorities have decided to build a new public and business center in Kommunarka, near the Olkhovskaya metro station, which will help to create more than 950 more jobs for the city.
