A criminal case has been initiated against the director of a grocery store near Moscow, who killed a customer who stole vodka. This was reported on December 3 in the press service of the Moscow region prosecutor's office.

The incident occurred in the afternoon of November 30. Preliminary, the death of the buyer came from suffocation after trauma to the neck with a blunt hard object.

"The investigative body on this fact initiated a criminal case under part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), the progress and results of its investigation took control of the Ramensk city Prosecutor's office," - stated in the Telegram-channel.

"Izvestia" publishes footage of the incident. The recording shows a 49-year-old man paying at the cash register for a loaf of bread. Retreating to the table, he pulls out a bottle of alcohol from behind his sinus. He is approached by the store director, who later takes the buyer to the back room. In the footage it is noticeable that they are accompanied by another employee of the department store.

The camera in the interior room recorded how they brought in the already unconscious man. The men tried to bring him to his senses, the cleaning lady joined them.

Law enforcement agencies detained the director of the store earlier in the day. It was specified that the suspect first beat his opponent, and then strangled him.
