The father of the children who died from poisoning was charged with causing death by negligence

The father of four children who died of poisoning in Krasnoyarsk region was accused of causing death by negligence. This was reported on December 3 by the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia (Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (MID) for the region and the Republic of Khakassia.

"As part of the investigation of the criminal case, the 34-year-old father of the dead children was charged with committing a crime under part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence)," - stated in the Telegram-channel of the department.

During interrogation, the suspect admitted guilt. At the moment the investigation of the criminal case continues.

It is specified, the man did not ventilate the room after processing the house from insects, as a result of the incident four children died.

About the poisoning of a family with four children in the village of Krasnaya Sopka Krasnoyarsk region was reported on September 21. December 2, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that the cause of poisoning was the improper use of dichlofos. According to the agency, poisons from dichlophos, which was chaotically sprayed by the head of the family, got on all surfaces of the house and things. According to experts, insecticides on clothes, toys and household items caused the death of the minors.
